It's almost time to hop on over to the bar for this Friday's get together, (I wish these drinks were real). Last week was a success and I loved reading the comments about other people. This weeks question is a little more simple and can easily be left in the comment box.
If you had to choose anywhere in the world to go on a food tour, where would it be?
I appreciate everyone taking the time to take part in this hop and remember the submissions can be from previous posts.
I would choose Italy, for sure! Although since I'm eating gluten-free, that may be a little difficult.
ReplyDeleteGreat idea - going to have to be quick to get in on this one!
ReplyDeleteVery excited to be a part of this!
ReplyDeleteJess, that mojito looks tasty. Where would you go on your tour?
ReplyDeleteI would go to Delhi for my food tour...And my tour should be a long one as thr are so many amazing eat-outs I would want to visit....
ReplyDeleteIt would definitely be the South of France, where lots of my ancestors were from.
ReplyDeleteI'd be heading for a trip around Wales (my home country) as a little rose-tinted nostalgia, accompanied by some Welsh Lamb and Welsh Cakes will satisfy my carvings for home comforts any day!
ReplyDeleteI would have to go to Italy and I'm actually trying to plan a trip for 2013...
ReplyDeleteI want to say India because I love Indian..however not sure if I want to do a food tour there....so would have to say Spain....
ReplyDeleteI would choose France. I love Julia Child and most recently Elizabeth Bard (Lunch in Paris) has inspired me.
ReplyDeleteSouth of France... in season (hey, if I get to dream, I get to dream about the season as well, right???
ReplyDeleteOr Italy...
Or that cooking school in Ireland that was featured on 60 Minutes
Or let's break the time/space barrier and hang out with James Beard and Julia Child when they were giving cooking lessons for less than the cost of ingredients
So little time
