Taste and Create....

Is the baby of Nicole from, For The Love of Food. Each month two blogger's are paired off and each has to cook and write about a dish from the others blog. I was paired with Min from, The Bad Girls Kitchen and after scouring her menu list I decided to make her Carnation Famous Fudge. The recipe can remain traditional chocolate or she also lists the options of changing it slightly to make peanut chocolate, mint or butterscotch flavors.

I opted for the butterscotch and wasn't disappointed. To make the fudge was really easy and fast, the hard part is waiting for it to firm up in the fridge. The time eventually came for me to slice it up and taste it. This fudge is sweet and for me one piece is just enough The taste and texture are good even though I chose not to add the marshmallows which was just a personal choice.

Taste and Create is a lot of fun and I look forward to taking part again.
